Remembering Gen. Ahmed Fouly: Former World Taekwondo Vice President
In April 2021, the late Gen. Ahmed Fouly was posthumously honored with the prestigious Cheongryong Medal, Korea's highest Order of Sport Merit. This recognition celebrated his exceptional contributions to the global growth and development of Taekwondo, particularly in Africa.
World Taekwondo recommended Gen. Fouly for this distinguished award, acknowledging his tireless efforts in promoting martial arts excellence and fostering international Taekwondo relations across the African continent.
